Refund Policy
A label PDF costs $9.00 USD, once. Because it’s digital content delivered immediately, refunds are for problems with the PDF itself.
We refund in full when
- the PDF wasn’t delivered: the download page and the emailed link both fail and we can’t fix it within 3 working days;
- the PDF is faulty: the file doesn’t open, or it doesn’t match the details you entered or the label stock you chose, and we can’t fix it within 3 working days;
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
We don’t refund when
- the details you entered were wrong or incomplete (you can make a new label);
- you changed your mind after the download became available;
- your product needs rules beyond GPSR that the label doesn’t cover (see our Terms).
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU, UK and Northern Ireland consumers)
Before paying, you ask us to deliver the PDF immediately and confirm you understand that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available. We confirm this in the email we send after your purchase. Your legal rights for faulty or undelivered digital content always remain.
How to ask for a refund
- Email ⚠ Contact email to be added within 30 days of your purchase.
- Include the PayPal transaction ID from your PayPal receipt and what went wrong.
- We reply within 3 working days. If the refund is due, we send it through PayPal to the original payment method within 14 days. It isn’t charged a fee by us.
If you opened a PayPal dispute instead, PayPal’s process and timelines apply.
