Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use EULabelKit or buy a label PDF. Version 2026-11-03.

2. Who can use EULabelKit

EULabelKit is a tool for businesses and sellers. You must be at least 18 years old to use it or to buy anything. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

3. What the service does

You enter your product, manufacturer and EU contact details, and EULabelKit lays them out as a printable label and as listing text. The free preview and listing text cost nothing. A print-ready PDF of one label design costs $9.00 USD.

You are responsible for the content. EULabelKit formats the details you provide; it does not check that they are correct or complete, or that your product meets EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 or other product rules (for example cosmetics, toy or electrical rules). Nothing on this site is legal advice.

4. Price and payment

• The price shown before you pay is the total EULabelKit charges: $9.00 USD, once, with no subscription and no extra fees from us.
• Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal balance, card or other options PayPal offers). Your bank or PayPal may apply its own currency conversion if you don’t pay in USD.
• The server confirms the payment with PayPal before the PDF is released.

5. Delivery and your right of withdrawal

The PDF is digital content delivered immediately: a download page opens right after payment and we email you a download link. Before paying, you ask us to deliver it straight away and confirm you understand that, if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or Northern Ireland, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.

6. Using the PDF

You may print and use the PDF for your own products without limit. You keep all rights to the details you entered. The EULabelKit software, site design and texts remain ours.

7. Fair use

Don’t misuse the service: no attacks, automated scraping, attempts to get around payment or rate limits, or entering other people’s data without permission. We may block access that does.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep EULabelKit available but can’t promise it will always be. We may change or stop features; paid PDFs you already bought stay downloadable from your link unless you ask us to delete your data.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about EULabelKit is limited to the amount you paid us for the PDF concerned, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or marketplace penalties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there. Please contact us first at ⚠ Contact email to be added so we can try to fix the problem.

11. Third-party content and licences

• Fonts: Archivo, Public Sans and IBM Plex Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served from our own site.
• Icons in the admin area: Lucide (ISC licence).
• Images: the site uses no stock photos; the illustrations and the sharing image are our own work.
• Payments: PayPal’s checkout is provided by PayPal under its own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one you agreed to when you paid (its version number is saved with your order).
