We format the details you give us; you stay responsible for them. EULabelKit isn’t an EU Responsible Person and doesn’t give legal advice. Products with extra rules (cosmetics, toys, electrical, CLP for candles) need those handled separately.

One product per line: name, batch or model number, and anything we should warn about. Add your manufacturer details, your EU Responsible Person (if you’re outside the EU) and which languages you need (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL; all six if you don’t say). Or just give us the shop link and we’ll ask for what’s missing.

Before you order

Who makes the labels?

A person, using the same EULabelKit label generator as the rest of this site. Safety warnings come from our fixed set of standard warnings in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch, not from machine translation on the fly.

What do I need to send?

For each product: its name and a batch, model or type number. Once for your shop: the manufacturer’s name, postal address and email or website, and, if you’re outside the EU, your EU Responsible Person’s details. A link to your shop helps us fill in the rest; we ask by email if anything is missing.

Is this legal advice? Will it make my shop compliant?

No. We format the details you give us into labels and listing text. We don’t check that your product meets GPSR or other rules (cosmetics, toys, electrical, CLP for candles and chemicals), and EULabelKit isn’t an EU Responsible Person. You stay responsible for the content.

How fast is delivery?

Usually within 1 working day of having your product details, and at most 3 working days. If we miss 3 working days, you can cancel for a full refund.

What if I have more products than the pack?

Choose the next pack up, or order the 100-product pack more than once. Over 300 products: email us first.

What if a label is wrong?

If it doesn’t match the details you sent, we fix it free. If the details you sent change later, a new pack covers the new labels.
